Ha Ha, The Bears and Packers Swap Safeties
We have signed Ha Ha Clinton-Dix to a one-year deal.

Former first-round pick Ha Ha Clinton-Dix will be the newest member of the Chicago Bears vaunted defense. The one-year deal is reported to be worth $3.5 million. The former Packer joins his third team this year following a mid-season trade to Washington. Ironically, he replaces Adrian Amos who recently agreed to a multi-year deal with Green Bay. The Bears had plenty of tape to evaluate Clinton-Dix’s prowess to create turnovers. He reunites with former Alabama teammate and close friend Eddie Jackson in Chicago’s backfield.

Clinton-Dix is coming off one of his better seasons as a pro accumulating 92 tackles, 1 sack, 2 forced fumbles, and 3 interceptions. His 14 career interceptions help ease the pain stemming from the loss of Amos, who only has 3 career interceptions. Chicago’s secondary is more versatile with Ha Ha’s coverage skills. The one-year prove-it deal a familiar move that Bears’ fans have grown to appreciate during the Ryan Pace tenure. This defense somehow managed to get better.
Bears continue to make under the radar moves.
Until next time, stay thirsty and BEARDOWN! JT out.
